Yehoshua (Shooky) Etrog
Shooky is a veteran innovator and thought leader in the medical field. Having implemented large-scale global projects in the medical field and developed a network of outstanding contacts in complementary fields to facilitate these activities. Shooky has led global high-impact projects and is eager to share this unique expertise with fledgling start-ups. Hence, he founded T-syte in order to connect medical startups, professionals and investors and promote global health. Shooky holds an MBA from Insead, a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Philosophy as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
Dr. Dan Gelvan
Dan brings to T-syte profound multidisciplinary know-how in both the management and financing of start-ups and conglomerates in the life sciences field. In his capacities as a company founder, venture capitalist, director and senior executive, Dan has accumulated a vast experience of over 25 years in all phases of product and company development of diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices – from idea to commercialization. Dan holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Roskilde University, as well as a BA and MBA in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Dr. Asaf Toker
Dr. Toker is a pediatrician and entrepreneur who worked for many years as a senior executive in both hospital and community health system management. His medical, health systems management, and biotechnology engineering background was utilized as VP business development at an Israeli venture capital fund (Capital Point). Asaf has founded and served as a director of several companies and boards. Asaf holds a medical degree, a Master in Health Systems Management and a Master in Biotechnology Engineering, all from the Ben Gurion University.
